Wednesday Walk 22nd April meet 9.30am meet in carpark at Riccarton Bush to experience the new Bush walk. Coffee arranged at The Quarters Café in Riccarton House. All welcome. Sonya 027 253 3397.

From the April Parish Council meeting:
*When the Christ candle is lit, it is hoped that folk will use the quiet time for reflection
*The recessional music at the end of the service is when the minister leaves the service.
Parish Councillors do not consider it a performance and therefore applause is not expected. If you like the music then please tell the musician after the service.
* It was noted that after paying for the hire of the EFTPOS machine at the garage sale, a small profit on eftpos sales was made for the parish.
* The Parish Council agreed to pay the registration fees for Rev Nardia and Sue to attend the Alpine Presbytery Gathering at the beginning of May.
* Did you know that when Barry cuts the grass he mows a cross on the lawn?
